Geripharma User Agreement
Relationship with Gerymassy owner of Geripharma.
You understand and agree that by registering on geriphrama to use its data (application and platform), no legal relationship of association or agency is created between You and geriphrama. You agree not to claim otherwise. You also certify that you are at least eighteen years old or with a legal guardian and represent that you are legally authorized to register as a user. This agreement is void where prohibited by law and the right to register as a user. The Geriparma account and the password you use to log in to your Geriparma account may not be shared under any circumstances or with anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your geripharùma account and password, as well as for any activity related to your account
Restrictions
You agree not to exploit the platform, the geipharma application or the Services, data or Content that geipharma provides to you as users of geipharma, in any unauthorized manner, including, for example, by interfering with, overloading the network capacity or using the Services, the Site or the Content for purposes other than those authorized. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect the Site and the Content provided to you, and you agree to abide by and maintain all notices, license information, rent, lease, loan, transmit, sell, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works based on, redistribute, advertise, display or in any way exploit the Site, the Content or the Services. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or security components of the Services, Site or Content (except and to the extent that any of the foregoing restrictions are prohibited by applicable law). To the extent permitted by the license terms included above). It is expressly prohibited to use the Site, Content or Services to violate, manipulate or circumvent network security and restrictions contained therein. Except as expressly authorized herein or otherwise permitted in a separate agreement with geripharma, you may not modify, publish, distribute computer software, passwords, encryption codes, technological protection measures, or to engage in any type of illegal activity, or allow others to do so. do so. Gerymassy retains ownership of all of its rights in the Site, Content, geriphrama Events and Services and, except as expressly provided herein, no other rights or licenses under intellectual property are granted or implied by geriphrama.
Confidentiality
Unless otherwise specified herein, you agree that all pre-release versions of Geriparma software, services and/or materials (including associated documentation and materials) provided to you as support (“Pre-Release Materials”) and any information that Gerymassy provides to you in connection with Geriphrama events shall be deemed and referred to as “Geripharma and Gerymassy Confidential Information” and shall be subject to the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, geripharma Confidential Information shall not include: (a) information that is generally and lawfully publicly available, without fault or infringement on your part; (b) information that is generally publicly available via Apple/Android; (c) information that you have developed yourself and without using Geripharma Confidential Information; (d) information rightfully obtained from a third party who has the right to transfer or disclose it to you through the use or disclosure of such software or documentation.

Prohibition on Disclosure and Use of Apple Confidential Information.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed or authorized in writing by Gerymassy, you agree not to disclose, publish or distribute Gerymassy Confidential Information to anyone. Except for the purposes authorized as a user of geripahrma or as expressly agreed or authorized in writing by gerymassy, you agree not to use geripahrma Confidential Information in any way, including, without limitation, for your own benefit or that of a third party without the prior written approval of an authorized representative of Gerymassy in each case. You further agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized use, disclosure, publication or distribution of Geripharma Confidential Information. You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use of Gerymassy Confidential Information could cause significant and irreparable harm to Gerymassy that may be difficult to quantify. Subject to the foregoing, you agree that Gerymassy shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief to secure compliance with its obligations under this Agreement and to exercise all rights and remedies available to it. If you are required by law, regulation or a valid enforceable order of a court of competent jurisdiction to disclose Geripharma’s Confidential Information, you may make such disclosure, but only if you have notified Gerymassy prior to doing so and have made all commercially viable efforts to limit disclosure and request confidential protective treatment of such information. A disclosure as set forth above will not relieve you of your obligation to maintain such information as Geripharma’s Confidential Information.
Content License and Restrictions for Users.
As users of Geripharma. The Content will be considered confidential information of Gerymassy, unless otherwise agreed or authorized in writing by Gerymassy. You may not share the Content with anyone, including, but not limited to, employees and contractors. Subject to these terms and conditions, gerymassy grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for permitted purposes as a user of gerypharma; provided that you download only one (1) copy of the Content and that such download is made within the time period specified by gerymassy for such download. Unless expressly authorized by gerymassy, you may not modify, translate, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Content or any portion thereof. You may not rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, assign or otherwise transfer any rights in the Content. Gerymass and other competent companies in their jurisdiction retain ownership of the Content and any copy or portion thereof. Your rights under this license to use and access the Content will terminate automatically without notice from gerymassy if you fail to comply with any of these provisions.
Privacy and Data Collection.
Geripharma does not collect personal data for tracking purposes nor does it share user information with third parties for targeted advertising. We do not use Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework, as our app does not track users across other apps or websites.
If we ever collect data for other purposes, we will update this policy and reflect the changes in the app’s privacy settings.
